We are a charitable grant-making trust, distributing funding received from Wembley National Stadium Ltd to support community sports activities.
Since 2012, WSF has invested in local communities through grants programs, supporting disabled Londoners, developing youth sports, and promoting mental health initiatives across the UK.
Rebranded to Wembley Stadium Foundation and welcomed the new CEO Paul Findlay MBE.
Launched a two-year unrestricted grant program for seven Brent-based organisations.
Celebrated the 10th anniversary, supported amputee football, and enhanced the impact of the Women's Euro 2022 tournament by supporting grassroots initiatives in Brent.
Reopened after pandemic closures and resumed grant-making activities.
Supported the London Community Response initiative, providing emergency funding to frontline organisations during the pandemic.
Supported Hendon FC and other organisations to address mental health needs.
Expanded grant-making to schools, supporting extracurricular sports activities for students.

Supported 25 EFL clubs in delivering new disability football projects across the UK.

Chair
Khilna is a Chartered Accountant with over 10 years of financial and commercial experience in the corporate sector. She began her career at KPMG, where she worked with corporates globally and also set up and led a sustainable offshore practice in India. Later, she became part of the Senior Management Team of one of the largest private companies in the UK. Khilna is a graduate of the London School of Economics with a First-Class Bachelor’s degree in Economics. Passionate about the physical and mental benefits of sport, Khilna grew up in a football-mad household with two brothers and competed in various racquet sports. She is committed to promoting inclusivity in sports and tackling inequalities at all levels. Khilna, a Wembley resident, actively volunteers in numerous roles. She is Vice-Chair and Governor of a secondary school and a Trustee of the National Football Trust, which manages football hubs across the UK to promote community participation in healthy recreation. She also serves as an ambassador for Action on Pre-eclampsia, a charity raising awareness about pregnancy health.

Andrew is the Co-Founder and Chief Executive of Innovision; a live event and experiential marketing agency.
He has been at the forefront of global mega-events, major national event celebrations, brand activation and major sporting events for the past 30 years. Notable work includes BBC Sports Personality of the Year, The Tour de France, London 2012 Olympics and Paralympics, Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, Red Bull Air Race and Pride in London.
Andrew is also a passionate advocate of inclusivity. In 2016 he founded and launched, Parallel; an award-winning fully inclusive mass participation event and accessible festival which champions active lifestyle, community and disability inclusion.
Andrew loves sport and still plays football for Nottsborough in the West London Veterans League. He lives in the London Borough of Brent with his wife, Claudia and 4 children.
Trustee
Alderman Kawsar Zaman is a barrister specialising in public, employment and regulatory law, including Sports Arbitration. He is also a senior elected official in the City of London as an elected Alderman.
He is also a qualified solicitor having practiced at Clifford Chance LLP and Allen & Overy LLP. Kawsar is a governor at Morpeth Secondary School in Bethnal Green, a Trustee of Toynbee Hall, and a pro bono legal adviser to Nujum Sports.
He is a lifelong resident of Tower Hamlets and was the first in his family to go to university, graduating from LSE, Oxford and Harvard Law School.
He is an avid Arsenal FC fan.

Karthik brings extensive experience in sports and entertainment partnerships to the table. He completed a sport focused MBA at the University of Liverpool, where he gained an insight and interest in marketing, with a specific focus on sponsorship.
Karthik broadened his experience within the sport, culture and entertainment space, working with leading brands such as American Express, Sony and DHL. With experience of working both brand and agency side Karthik has a rounded understanding of brand partnerships and has leveraged his expertise to forge impactful and strategic partnerships.
He has previous trustee experience with Cricket Without Boundaries showcasing his passion for driving positive social change through sport, born out of his time at Sport England. Before transitioning to the world of marketing, he practiced as a dentist in both the UK and Australia.
Originally from Yorkshire, Karthik now lives with his family in London.

Ann-Marie has over 20 years of experience working across the legal, criminal justice and community sectors. Ann-Marie as developed and led successful award-winning crime reduction initiatives which has been proven to reduce crime and improve community cohesion and relations. Ann-Marie brings a wealth of knowledge, experience and skills in developing robust impactful relationships within the community and has developed strong working relationships with statutory, voluntary, grassroot and community sectors.
Born and raised in East London, Ann-Marie is very in tune with the local community needs and has developed robust community strategies to drive positive change and contribute to achieving key objectives, developing proactive policies and strategies, building positive relationships and partnerships to respond to the community need and drive a culture of positive change.

Highly experienced project manager with a proven background in strategy, collaboration, and programme delivery at Sky. Passionate about the power of sport in communities; Club Captain at Actonians Netball Club, with previous experience as a Trustee at Coventry University Students’ Union.

Over 10 years’ experience within the sports industry, 7 of these with The FA. Vast knowledge of the requirements for the local community of Brent and wider impact that Wembley Stadium has on the community. High level experience in dealing with Government, Senior Management Stakeholders and Clubs.

Ollie is Senior Social Impact Manager for Electronic Arts, helping to bring to life a programme of corporate volunteering, philanthropy and in-product activations to help them create a positive impact in communities around the world.
He has previously held grantmaking, social impact and programme development roles in corporate foundations, professional sport and – most recently- the corporate foundation of the Virgin Group and the family foundation of the Bransons.
He lives in Brighton, where he both badly plays and terribly referees recreational football.

Extensive experience within elite sport and the football development pathway including 6 years within a leadership position at the Premier League Football Development department. Alongside previous roles as a teacher, Director of Sport, Head of Sixth Form and Senior Leader coupled with experience as a professional footballer.
CEO
Paul Findlay is a highly experienced leader with a background spanning the military, corporate, and charitable sectors. Originally from Glasgow, Paul began his career in the British Armed Forces, serving on multiple operational tours. Transitioning to civilian life, Paul channelled his skills and passion for social impact into roles that have shaped communities and driven strategic change.
In recognition of his contributions, Paul was awarded an MBE in the 2020 Queen’s Birthday Honours for services to charity. He has raised over £750,000 for charitable causes through innovative initiatives, from creating volunteer networks during the COVID-19 pandemic to leading national fundraising efforts.
Paul also represented Great Britain at the Amputee Football World Cup in 2010 in Argentina, an experience that reinforced his dedication to fostering inclusivity and excellence in sport. His passion for football extends to grassroots coaching within the girls’ game, where he supports the development of young players and advocates for equal opportunities in sport.
Now residing in Essex, Paul is an advisor to the Cabinet Office and NHS England, focusing on veteran affairs and social mobility. He is also a board member of the Essex County Football Association, contributing to wellbeing and development initiatives.
As CEO of the Wembley Stadium Foundation, Paul is committed to creating measurable impact through programmes that empower communities locally in Brent and nationally across England. His dedication to inclusion, community engagement, and strategic partnerships is at the core of his leadership.
